| Preparing Documents |
| (1) Contact your University |
| Order three sealed copies of transcripts. |

| (2) Go to your police or RCMP |
| Order a criminal record check report including vulnerable search |

|

| Go to a Notary Public |
Have the following documents notarized for Canadian applicants:
 Photocopy of university diploma.
Police criminal background check report
* Notarization on the original police report is required.

| Go to the KOREAN Embassy or Consulate Generals |
To have your university degree and police criminal check verified and confirmed, submit the following items (for Canaadian applicants):
Notarized police criminal background check report
Notarized photocopy of university diploma.
One sealed University transcript.
Original degree
A piece of photo ID
$2.00 per document
* American, South African, New Zealanders, Australians, and UK citizens must send the original university diploma to Korea. The police criminal check report must be apostilled before sending it to Korea.

Photocopy of front pages of passport.
