E-2 visa (Foreign language conversation teaching)
Any person intending to lead foreign language conversation classes at a language school or an accredited school [effective as of Dec. 15, 2007]

| - A medical certificate must be filed when applying for alien registration (issued by a national/public hospital, a community health center, or a general hospital) |
| * Any person failing to file a medical certificate or diagnosed as having used narcotics or to be HIV-positive shall be instructed to leave the country.(Required checkup components: Narcotics use and HIV tests)
